Flamin' Zombie

Flaming Zombie Cocktail

If your hosting a Halloween Party... then why not make our super scary, super creepy, "Flamin' Zombie" cocktail? Courtesy of the 'Midweek Cocktail Club' this drink is frighteningly easy to make.

Ingredients
  • 50ml Two Birds Absinthe
  • Sugar Cubes
  • Champagne
Method

Simply take 50ml of Two Birds Absinthe (that's right 50ml), drop in a sugar cube then top off with Champagne! One of these will be enough to raise the dead... mwaa-haaaahaaa!

Applesinth

Applesinth Cocktail
The other way to drink absinthe! 

Ingredients
  • 25 ml Absinthe
  • 25 ml Passion Fruit Purée
  • 10 ml Lemon Juice
  • 10 ml Sugar Cane
  • 25 ml Apple Juice
Method

Two Birds handcrafted absinthe shaken with Passion Fruit purée, fresh lemon juice and cloudy apple. Served straight up or over ice. Garnish with a Lemon wedge and/or Apple fan.
