- Ginger Beer
- Spiced Gin
- Kumquats
- Cinnamon Stick
- Cardamom Bitters
- Mint leaves
Method
Serve in a well-chilled long drink glass with ice. Pour the gin and add two dashes of cardamom bitters. Add Original Ginger Beer, pouring it slowly down a spiral spoon, so the bubbles do not break. Garnish with kumquats, a cinnamon stick and mint leaves.

Method
Shake all ingredients in the cocktail shaker, except for the Original Ginger Beer. Serve in a very cold long drink glass, well chilled with rock ice. Add the Original Ginger Beer and finish with crushed ice. Garnish with fresh ginger, mint and strips of orange zest.
